The meeting will start at 10.30 on Sat 9 Dec 2006 at 1 Fitzroy Lane, Cambridge. To get there, go to the western entrance to the Grafton Centre (at the junction of Fitzroy St and Burleigh St), and, if facing the entrance, turn left. At the corner you will see a set of buzzers for flats 1-9. Press the one for flat 1 and await a reply from the Secretary.

We would expect to publish our activities and financial reports in the next newsletter, space permitting. Nominations for the Committee and other representatives, other than existing holders of the posts, should be sent to the Coordinator to arrive before the date of the meeting, or may be presented at the meeting.
